The Agreement is conditional at the time of signing, upon your banker and lawyer reviewing to ensure all is well.
Once the conditions are waived, a deposit of 10% of the purchase price becomes due, and then the construction of your new home begins!

A new home usually requires about 6 months to build. You can choose a closing date that works best for your family from Luxart Homes’ available closing dates.

Floor plans can be altered to better suit your lifestyle.

All 24 neighbours in Lakeside share a private water front park and beach, complete with a small craft launch through an HOA style agreement.

Monthly maintenance fees are $114/month right now (2024), and will be shared among more neighbours as more streets are built in Lakeside.

Imagine walking from home down to the water with a kayak or paddleboard after dinner. There will also be a large forested park for walking/jogging and enjoying nature, which easily connects to the greater trails throughout Beckwith and into Carleton Place.

It is intended that more lots will be developed in Lakeside, and approvals are underway with the Township and County. The number of new lots and road design are unconfirmed at this time.
