An Agreement of Purchase and Sale solidifies your model, homesite choice, purchase price and closing date.
The Agreement is conditional at the time of signing, upon your banker and lawyer reviewing to ensure all is well.
Once the conditions are waived, a deposit of 10% of the purchase price becomes due, and then the construction of your new home begins!

A new home usually requires about 6 months to build. You can choose a closing date that works best for your family from Luxart Homes’ available closing dates.

Floor plans can be altered to better suit your lifestyle.

All neighbours in Lakeside (currently 24 homes, eventual total of 74 homes) share a private water front park and beach, complete with a small craft launch through an HOA style agreement.

Monthly maintenance fees are $118/month right now (2023), and will decrease significantly when shared by all 74 neighbours.
