    The Agreement is conditional at the time of signing, upon your banker and lawyer reviewing to ensure all is well.
    Once the conditions are waived, a deposit of 10% of the purchase price becomes due, and then the construction of your new home begins!

  • A new home usually requires about 6 months to build. You can choose a closing date that works best for your family from Luxart Homes’ available closing dates.

  • Floor plans can be altered to better suit your lifestyle.

  • All neighbours in Lakeside (currently 24 homes, eventual total of 74 homes) share a private water front park and beach, complete with a small craft launch through an HOA style agreement.

    Monthly maintenance fees are $118/month right now (2023), and will decrease significantly when shared by all 74 neighbours.

    Imagine walking from home down to the water with a kayak or paddleboard after dinner. There will also be a large forested park for walking/jogging and enjoying nature, which easily connects to the greater trails throughout Beckwith and into Carleton Place.
